新疆地区重症监护室专科护士培训效果的调查

Investigation of ICU Specialist Nurse Training Effect in Xinjiang

目的了解新疆地区重症监护室(intensive care unit,ICU)专科护士培训的效果,以期为提高新疆地区ICU护士的培训质量提供经验。方法便利抽样法选取2010年9月至2012年4月新疆地区取得ICU资质的专科护士216名为研究对象,采用自行编制的"自治区级专科护士追踪调查表"对其进行问卷调查,了解调查对象经专科培训后的护理工作状况。结果不同受教育程度、民族、年龄及工作时间的ICU专科护士综合能力得分的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。培训后护士的工作能力得到提高,其中提高最显著的是应急能力、与医生的沟通协作能力。ICU培训对医院的发展有很大的推动作用。结论经过专科培训后,ICU护士的临床工作及综合能力均有不同程度提高。培训基地应针对性地进行干预,使ICU专科护士的培训需求得到满足,提高培训效果。

Objective To understand the training effect of ICU specialist nurses in Xinjiang,and so as to provide reference to improve the training quality of ICU specialist nurses in Xinjiang.Methods By convenience sampling,216 nurses were selected and investigated their working status after having specialist nursing training＂the autonomous region level professional nurses tracking survey＂.Results There were difference between ICU specialist nurses with different educational background,region,age and working time（P〈0.05）.The nurses＇ working competence were improved,especially the emergency response capacity,and communication and corporation with doctors.The ICU training had great influence on promoting the development of hospital.Conclusion The working competence and comprehensive ability of ICU specialist nurses were improvedin different degree after training.In order to meet the ICU specialist nurse training needs and to achieve the ideal training effect,targeted intervention should be done by training base.
