血清CgA在前列腺癌诊断中的作用

Role of Serum Chromogranin A in the Diagnosis of Prostate Cancer

目的探讨嗜铬粒蛋白A(CgA)在前列腺癌诊断中的作用。方法采用ELISA法测定35例前列腺癌患者、10例前列腺增生患者及30例健康志愿者血清中CgA水平。结果前列腺癌患者CgA水平高于前列腺增生患者及健康志愿者(P<0.05)。血清CgA水平随ABCD分期的升高而升高,D2期患者血清CgA水平明显高于健康志愿者及其他分期患者(P<0.05)。CgA和前列腺特异抗原(PSA)联合检测能提高前列腺癌检出率。结论血清CgA水平检测可应用于前列腺癌的诊断、监测。

Objective To evaluate the role of chromogranin A（ CgA） in the diagnosis of prostate cancer. Methods Serum CgA levels were detected by using ELISA technique in 35 cases of prostate cancer,10 cases of benign prostate hyperplasia and 30 cases of healthy volunteer. Results Serum CgA levels of prostate cancer were significantly higher than those in the benign prostate hyperplasia and the healthy volunteer（ P 0. 05）. The serum CgA levels in the prostate cancer increased with the escalation of ABCD stage. Serum CgA levels of D2 stage prostate cancer were significantly higher than those in the healthy volunteer and in the B,C and D1 stage prostate cancer. The combined assay of serum CgA and PSA could raise the detection rate of prostate cancer. Conclusion The determination of serum levels of CgA is useful in the diagnosis and prognosis of prostate cancer.
