Energy conservation and environmental protection is the trend for product research. And the flue gas emissions control is the necessary and strict index for gas appliances. Through theory and experiment data, this paper analyzes the factors that results in high gas emissions of high-power atmospheric gas burning water heater. Finally, it puts forward the best solution through checking each factors, so as to lower the gas emissions to meet the requirements in relative standards.
