柑桔茎尖嫁接技术的改进

The Modification of Citrus Shoot-tip Grafting Technique

对常规柑桔茎尖嫁接脱毒技术作了改进,将原有5个步骤(砧木种子剥去种皮播于试管培养基—茎尖嫁接—嫁接苗试管培养—转接—转接苗培育)缩减为3个步骤(砧木种子不剥种皮播于培养土—茎尖嫁接—移栽),从而完全省去了试管培养过程。

This research was conducted with the objective of simplifying the ordinary procedure of STG for obtaining virus-free plants. Five steps of ordinary procedures (sowing seeds of rootstock on culture medium in test tube—shoot-tip grafting—culturing grafted seedling in test-tube—transgrafting on rootstock in soil—culturing transgrafted seedling) were replaced by three steps (sowing seeds of rootstock in mixed soil—shoot-tip grafting—transplant).
