海珠喘息定片中糖皮质激素检测及临床应用评价

Detection of glucocorticoid and clinical evaluation in Haizhu Chuanxiding Tablets

目的:检测海珠喘息定片中是否含糖皮质激素,并对其在支气管哮喘中的临床应用进行评价。方法:采用薄层色谱法、四氮唑盐鉴别法进行检测。依据国家食品药品监督管理总局颁布的规范,对海珠喘息定片说明书进行综合分析,并评价其在支气管哮喘中的临床应用。结果:海珠喘息定片中未检测到糖皮质激素,但长期使用可出现耐受现象,增加不良反应的发生率,同时海珠喘息定片说明书存在部分缺项。结论:支气管哮喘患者不宜长期口服海珠喘息定片。

Objietive：Detection of glucocorticoid in Haizhu Chuanxiding Tablets and to evaluate the clinical application in bronchial asthma. Methods：Detection of glucoeortieoid by TLC and Mq＇T.Aecording to a specification issued by China Food and Drug Administration, the directions of Haizhu Chuanxiding Tablets was analyzed and to evaluate the clinical application in bronchial asthma. Resuhs：Glucoeorticoid was not detected in Haizhu Chuanxiding Tablets,but long-term use can have tolerance,increase the incidence of adverse reaction, at the same time, the directions of Haizhu Chuanxiding Tablets are missing. Conclusions：Patients with bronchial asthma should not chronically use Haizhu Chuanxiding Tablets.
