Determination of Cinepazide Maleate Injection by HPLC

目的：采用HPLC法测定马来酸桂哌齐特注射液的含量。方法：采用C18色谱柱,乙腈∶0.05mol·L-1磷酸氢二钠溶液（用磷酸调节pH值至3.5±0.1）（30∶70）为流动相；流速：1.0ml·min-1；检测波长为230nm；柱温30℃。结果：马来酸桂哌齐特在0.0488～0.7326mg·ml-1范围内线性良好,r=0.9994,平均回收率为100.0%,RSD为0.76%（n=9）。结论：该方法简便、专属、准确,可用于马来酸桂哌齐特注射液的含量测定。

Objective：To establish an HPLC method for determination of Cinepazide Maleate Injection. Methods：The C18 column was used at 30℃ with acetonitrile-O.05moL·L-1 sodium phosphate dibasic solution （adjust pH to 3.5±0.1 with phosphoric acid）（30：70）as the mobile phase. Flow rate was 1.0ml·min-1. The detection wavelength was set at 230 nm. Results：The linear range of Cinepazide Maleate was 0.0488-0.7326mg ·ml-l,r=0.9994. The average recovery was 100.0% and RSD was 0.76%（n=9）o Conclusion：This method is simple, specific and accurate for determination of Cinepazide Maleate Injection.
