奥硝唑联合法莫替丁治疗慢性胃炎的疗效观察

Efficacy of ornidazole combined with famotidine treatment of chronic gastritis

目的探讨奥硝唑联合法莫替丁治疗慢性胃炎的临床效果。方法选择2011年6月-2013年12月医院收治的慢性胃炎患者140例,随机分为观察组和对照组各70例,对照组给予奥硝唑治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予法莫替丁治疗,比较2组的治疗效果。结果观察组总有效率为95.71%明显高于对照组的87.14%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应率为1.43%明显低于对照组的5.72%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论奥硝唑联合法莫替丁治疗慢性胃炎效果明显,无明显不良反应,值得推广应用。

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of ornidazole combined with famotidine in the treatment of chronic gastritis. Methods 140 patients with chronic gastritis were randomly divided into observation group and control group with70 cases in each group,the control group was given ornidazole,the observation group was given famotidine,based on control group. The treatment effect of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was95. 71%,which was higher than 87. 14% of the control group,the differences were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）; The adverse reactions rate of the Observation group was 1. 43%,which was lower than 5. 72% of the control group,the difference were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Ornidazole combined with famotidine is safe and effective in the treatment of chronic gastritis,and worth of clinic application.
