CO_2激光联合局部注射干扰素治疗尖锐湿疣的临床疗效观察 被引量:8

摘要 目的探讨CO2激光联合局部注射干扰素的方法治疗尖锐湿疣(CA)的临床效果。方法本组共82例,随机分为对照组34例和治疗组48例。对照组采用CO2激光+300万U干扰素肌内注射治疗;治疗组采用CO2激光+200万U干扰素肌内注射联合100万U干扰素基底注射,观察2组的治愈率和复发率。结果治疗组的治愈率为91.7%,复发率为8.3%;对照组治愈率61.8%,复发率38.2%;2组在治愈率、复发率上比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 CO2激光联合干扰素肌内注射和基底注射治疗优于CO2激光联合干扰素肌内注射治疗。 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of the carbon dioxide laser combined with interferon in treatment of condyloma acuminata. Methods 82 cases of outpatient were randomly divided into control group of 34 cases and treatment group of 48 cases. The control group were treated with CO2 laser and 3 million u Interferon intramuscular injection; The treatment group were using CO2 laser and 2 million u interferon intramuscular injection combined with 1 million u interferon basement injection. The cure rates and relapse rates in both groups were observed. Results The cure rate of the treatment group is 91. 7%,the recurrence rate is 8. 3%; The cure rate of the control group was 61. 8%,relapse rate was 38. 2%. The differences of 2 groups were statistically significant on the cure rate,relapse rate( P〈0. 05). Conclusion The therapy of CO2 laser combined with interferon basal and intramuscular injection is superior to CO2 laser combined with interferon intramuscular injection.
