摘要
近年来,食品供应链突发事件发生越来越频繁,已经引起全社会关注。不同的学者从不同的角度对食品供应链风险相关概念做出不同的判断理解,甚至出现使用混乱的现象,这无疑不利于对食品供应链风险的管理和研究。在详细分析食品供应链风险内涵与外延的基础上,对文献中常见的几个食品供应链风险相关概念——食品供应链安全、食品供应链质量风险、食品供应链安全风险和食品供应链质量安全风险分别进行了解释与分析,旨在为人们更好地理解食品供应链风险相关概念和推进食品供应链风险研究奠定基础。
In recent years, emergencies happened to food supply chain take place with a growing frequency, which has drawn the entire society' s attention paid to food supply chain risk. Experts of related fields have also undertaken a series of researches into this issue with different perspectives. However, differences in views result in diverse understandings, even breeding confusions in applications of theories. Undoubtedly, this chaotic phenomenon hazards food supply chain risk management and relevant researches. Based on elaborating the intrinsic and extrinsic meaning of food supply chain, several concepts about food supply chain risk commonly encountered in references, including food supply chain safety, food supply chain quality risk, food supply chain safety risk and food supply chain quality safety risk, are explained and analyzed respectively, aiming to make the food supply chain risk related concepts understood better and set the pavement for further research into this field.
