摘要
当代中国,伴随着经济高速增长而来的日益严峻的环境威胁成为迫在眉睫的问题。尽管可持续发展战略已提出多年,但却并没有向我们期望的方向发展。在肯定经济取得巨大发展的同时,地区发展的不均衡、要素分配的不均衡、地区分工的差异性和人均收入的不均衡都将制约环境污染防范、控制、治理的效率。采用经济增长与环境污染的回归方程,对中国30个省份1995~2012年人均GDP和5类环境指标之间的关系进行了实证研究,探讨中国不同地区、经济增长的不同阶段环境污染规律与差异。
Today, it is important to focus on the threats of environment caused by the rapid development of economy. With the success in production activities, what will limit the efficiency of prevention, control as well as treatment for the environmental pollution is the imbalance of factor distribution, regional development, regional division and average income. This paper uses the regression equation on China＇s 30 provinces during 1995 -2012 to exam the relationship between per capital income and five categories measured pollution indicators in order to find the similarity and otherness in different areas or different level of develooment.
