摘要
酒文化在中国源远流长,酒类消费在中国家庭消费支出中占有较大比重。在简要阐述酒类消费和闲暇相互关系的基础上,利用中国北京、辽宁、浙江、安徽、湖北、广东、四川、甘肃、陕西等9个省(直辖市、自治区,以下简称省份)城镇家庭消费数据,对中国酒类消费进行了实证研究。
Spirits culture has a long history in China, and the alcohol consumption has a larger proportion in China's household consumption. Based on briefing the interaction between the alcohol consumption and leisure time, this paper takes an empirical study on China's alcohol consumption using the urban household consumption data of nine provinces such as Beijing, Liaoning, Zhejiang, Anhui, Hubei, Guangdong, Sichuan, Gansu, Shaanxi.
