Ashinas:The Sinicized Writing of the Intertextuality in Shakespeare's Tragedies

民国时期的戏剧《阿史那》是李健吾根据莎士比亚的悲剧《奥赛罗》"翻译加改编"的本土化莎士比亚戏剧。这是民国以来一种特殊的中国化莎剧。《阿史那》文本的改编体现出互文性特点。《阿史那》在重写了《奥赛罗》内容,重置了情节的基础上,将中国故事置于该剧的悲剧精神之中,其中既有对中国历史、文化、人性的叩问,又有对权力、阴谋、野心的影射、担忧与批判。《阿史那》对《奥赛罗》中的人物形象在中国化基础上的改写,是具有鲜明特点的互文性中国化式的莎氏悲剧。

Ashinas, a play in the Republican Period, is a localized Shakespeare＇ s play “translated and adapted” by Li Jianwu from one of Shakespeare＇ s tragedies, Othello. As a special kind of Sinicized Shakespeare＇ s play since the foundation of the Republican of China, its textual adaptation demonstrates the characteristics of intertextuality. While rewriting Othello and reconstructing its plot, Ashinas implants the Chinese story into the tragic spirit of this play, making inquiries into the Chinese history, culture and humanity as well as displaying the reflection, worry and criticism of the power, conspiracy and ambition. The adaptation of the character images in Othello on the basis of Sinicization makes Ashinas the Sinicized Shakespeare＇ s play with the vivid intertextuality.
