摘要
采用高效液相色谱法,以甲醇+水为流动相,使用ODS-C18为填料的不锈钢柱和紫外检测器,在检测波长为225 nm时,对噻呋酰胺进行定量分析。结果表明:方法的标准偏差为0.16,变异系数为0.16%,平均回收率为99.09%,线性相关系数为0.9991。
A HPLC method for separation and quantitative analysis of thifluzamide TC using methanol and water as mobile phase, ODS-C18 column and UV detector at 225 nm was described. The results showed that the standard deviation of the method was 0.16, the coefficient of variation was 0.16%, the average recovery was 99.09%, and the linear correlation coefficient was 0.999 1.
