摘要 抗癫痫药高敏反应综合征（Antiepilepticdrugshypersensitivitysyndrome，AHS）是一种由抗癫痫药所致的与药物剂量无关的不良反应综合征，临床主要表现为发热、全身皮疹和内脏损害等三联征为特征的严重全身性过敏反应，
