Multi-dimensional Analysis of Collaborative Innovation System between Institutions of Higher Learning and Enterprises

随着技术创新的复杂性不断增强、速度不断加快,当代技术创新模式已突破传统的线性和链式模式,呈现出非线性、多角色、网络化、开放性的特征,并逐步演变为以多元主体协同互动为基础的协同创新模式。高校与企业的协同创新,可成为一个集合高校内外优势资源的系统,其本质是管理模式的一种创新,是现有资源的重新优化组合和再造再生。

Surpassing the traditional linear model and chain model, the modern tech - innovation is now characterized by nonlinearity ,multiple roles, network and openness and has gradually evolved into the collaborative innova- tion model based on the interaction of multiple roles. The collaborative innovation between institutions of higher learning and enterprises, which can be considered as a system integrating the best resources in and out of institutions of higher learning, is in essence an innovation of management model, and an optimization and recreation of existing resources. The four dimensions of collaborative innovation are resource collaboration, organization model collabora- tion, evaluation collaboration and culture collaboration.
