摘要
高校作为培养高级人才的重要阵地,学生的法律素养对国家的法治建设起着至关重要的作用。高校学生管理法制建设中最薄弱的环节就是学生权益遭受损害时的权益救济。这就需要高校进一步完善学生权益救济制度,通过全社会的努力,共同构建合法有效的学生权益救济体系,以保障学生的合法权益得到维护,建立法治校园。
In the promotion of socialist rule by law today, a university is an important place to cultivate qualified talents. The weakest point of student management in colleges and universities lies in the relief of students＇ legal rights and interests which requires the further improvement of the related relief system through the efforts of the whole society to construct the valid remedy system.
