摘要
商业综合体为社会集中创造了五大效益:带动产业结构调整、有效拉动消费需求、完善城市区域功能、创造大量就业岗位、创造持续巨额税源。为此,展开对商业综合体理论研究梳理迫在眉睫。本文以万达商业综合体产品为例,剖析了万达商业模式转型与创新的路径,提出了我国房地产企业转型与创新的相关建议。
Commercial complex focused on creating the community five effectiveness: promoted industrial restructuring, effectively stimulated consumer demand, improved urban area function, created a lot of lobs and sustainable huge sources of revenue. Therefore, expanding the comb of commercial complex theory is imminent. This paper take Wanda commercial complex products for an example, analyzed Wanda business model path of transformation and innovation, proposing recommendations for china' s real estate business transformation and Innovation.
