丘脑生殖细胞肿瘤1例

摘要患者，男童，14岁，因头痛伴视物模糊9天入院。9天前患者无诱因感头顶部闷痛，视物模糊，至当地医院就诊（具体用药不详），头痛稍好转。2天前头痛剧烈，呈进行性加重，渐感恶心、呕吐，干呕为主，嗜睡，精神差。
