摘要
目的了解大连地区健康成人肺通气功能情况。方法选择健康成人500例为研究对象。按不同年龄段分为青年、中年、年轻老年、老年4组;按性别分为男、女两组;按体重分为体重过低、正常体重、超重、中度肥胖、严重肥胖5组。采用MedGraphics 1085D(美国)肺功能仪器,检测肺通气量、小气道功能、肺容积及气道阻力各项指标,观察不同分组各组肺功能指标变化情况。结果各项指标除RV/TLC随年龄增长而增加外,其余均随年龄增长呈下降趋势。不同性别各项通气指标比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。不同性别之间不同体重比较,体重过低及严重肥胖组FVC、FEV1、MVV、TLC,男性与女性比较差异有显著性意义;中度肥胖组除Raw,超重组除FEV1%、RV/TLC、Raw,其余各指标男性与女性比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。多元Logistic回归分析,FEF50%、FEF75%及RV的增加预示肥胖使肺通气功能改变的危险性增加。结论年龄、性别、体重对正常肺功能有一定的影响。
Objective To comprehend lung ventilation function of healthy adults in Dalian area .Methods Totally 500 healthy adults were included in the current study to determine pulmonary ventilation function .According to age , the sub-jects were divided into four groups: the young group , the middle -aged group , the young elderly group and the elderly group.According to gender , the subjects were divided into the male group and the female group .According to BMI , the subjects were divided into five groups:the underweight group , the normal weight group , the overweight group , the moder-ately obese group and the severely obese group .All data, including pulmonary ventilation , small airway function , lung vol-ume and airway resistance, were measured by the MedGraphics 1085D (USA) lung function instrument.Results All indi-cators declined with age except RV/TLC, which increased with age .Comparison between men and women indicated signifi-cant differences in all the ventilation indexes (P〈0.05).Comparison of different gender in different weight groups indicated that in the underweight and the severely obese groups , FVC、FEV1、MVV and TLC are significant different between men and women (P 〈0.05).In the moderate obese and the overweight groups , all indicators were significantly different (P〈0.05) between men and women except Raw in the moderate obesity group and FEV 1%、RV/TLC、Raw in the overweight group .Multivariate Logistic regression analysis indicated that the increase of RV、FEF75%and FEF50%can predict the risks of lung ventilation function change in obese population .Conclusion Our results suggest that age , gender and weight , have certain impacts on normal lung functions .
