摘要 目的探究C轴(SM的长度)对于成人上颌骨矢状向发育的评价意义。方法选择上颌前突(SNA≥84°),上颌正常(80°≤SNA≤84°),上颌后縮(SNA≤80°)的患者各40例。分别头影测量三组患者SM的长度,并进行相互比较。结果上颌前突(82.60±2.24)mm,上颌后缩(74.67±1.89)mm,上颌正常(79.28±2.33)mm。上颌前突与上颌正常及上颌正常与上颌后缩的差异无显著意义(P>0.05),上颌前突与上颌后缩的差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论 C轴(SM的长度)对于成人上颌骨矢状向发育状况的评价有一定的意义。 Objective To evaluate C-axis in the development of adult maxilla in sagittal plane .Methods Maxillary pro-trusion(SNA≥84°)40 cases, normal maxillary(80°≤SNA≤84°)40 cases, and maxillary retrusion(SNA≤80°)40 cases were enrolled in the current study .Length of the C-axis was measure and compared among the three groups .Results The mean values were maxillary protrusion (82.60±2.24) mm, normal maxillary (79.28 ±2.33) mm, maxillary retrusion (74.67 ±1.89) mm.Changes between normal Maxillary , maxillary protrusion and maxillary retrusion showed no signifi-cant difference(P &gt;0.05).However, maxillary protrusion and maxillary retrusion showed significant difference (P 〈0.05).Conclusion C-Axis is a useful way for evaluating development of adult maxilla in sagittal plane .
