铝酸钠体系镁合金微弧氧化工艺的研究

摘要 在含有NaAlO2的电解液中对AZ31B镁合金进行微弧氧化研究。分别讨论了NaAlO2、NaOH、NaF的浓度对微弧氧化膜外观及膜厚的影响,结果表明:铝酸钠为20 g/L、氢氧化钠为5 g/L、氟化钠为7 g/L时能够得到均匀发亮的微弧氧化膜。采用扫描电子显微镜观察了镁合金微弧氧化陶瓷膜的微观形貌,在微弧氧化膜的表面存在许多孔洞。 AZ31B magnesium alloys were studied with micro - arc oxidation in a NaAlO2 aqueous solution. The effect of concentration of NaAlO2 ,NaOH and NaF in the electrolyte on morphology and thickness of the micro - arc oxidation coating was investigated respectively. The results showed that a micro - arc oxidation coating with uniform brightness is fabricated when NaAlO2 was 20 g/ L,NaOH was 5 g/ L,and NaF was 7 g/ L. The surface morphology of micro - arc oxidation coating was observed by scanning electron microscopy( SEM),which showed that obvious pores can be seen on the coating surface.
