以D-缬氨酸为原料,经BOC保护,酰胺化,环合和甲基化,通过高真空精馏得到目标产物纯度达到98%的(R)-2,5-二氢-3,6-二甲氧基-2-异丙基哌嗪,总收率46.8%。通过工艺改进简化了操作,降低成本,降低反应条件,更加适合工业化生产要求。
