西部地区乡村卫生服务一体化管理中的村卫生室建设现状和发展策略

Situation of the Construction of Village Clinics in Integrated Management of Rural Health Services in Western China

乡村两级医疗卫生服务一体化管理是现阶段符合西部地区农村医疗卫生发展状况,保障农村医疗卫生水平的有效措施。本文从西部地区乡村卫生服务一体化管理实施现况出发,分析了当前西部农村地区卫生机构硬件设施建设不到位、服务效率低下、人员整体素质不高、待遇无法留人等问题,提出应因地制宜,合理设计村卫生室建设规划、全面提升在岗人员素质、提高薪酬,完善人员养老保障等政策建议。

Integrated management of rural health services in rural areas is a new measure to promote the level of protection of rural health. The article analyzes the status of the implementation of the integrated management in Western China. Put forward the questions as hardware short- age, low efficiency, the low quality and the treatment cannot keep people etc. And proposed to local conditions, rational design construction vil- lage health plan, facilities construction, to enhance the quality of personnel in the post, raise salaries and improve pension security personnel rec- ommendations.
