北京市某高校男性大学生心理健康、共情与攻击的关系调查

Study of Relationships among Psychohealthy,Empathy and Aggression in Male Under-graduate Students in a College in Beijing

目的:探究男性大学生心理健康、共情与攻击之间的关系。方法:通过症状自评量表SCL-90、人际反应指标和Buss攻击问卷对北京两高校413名男性大学生进行调查。结果:相关分析表明男性大学生的SCL-90除观点采择与共情关注无显著相关外,幻想、个人忧伤与SCL-90总分均呈显著正相关(r=0.233,P<0.05;r=0.215,P<0.05)。共情与攻击存在正相关(r=0.19,<0.01);SCL-90与攻击存在正相关(r=0.619,P<0.01)。结论:大学生的心理健康,观点采择和共情关注能力与攻击呈负向关系,而个人忧伤与攻击呈正相关。因此,在预防大学生攻击行为时,需要改善其心理健康水平,提高观点采择和共情关注能力,并减少其个人忧伤水平。

Objective ： To investigate the relationships among Psychoheahhy,Empathy and Aggression in male under - graduates. Methods： Psychohealthy, Empathy and Aggression were respectively measured by the Symptom Checklist 90 （SCL- 90 ） , Interpersonal React Index and Buss Aggression Questionnaire of 413 male undergraduate students in a college from Beijing. Results： The correlation analysis showed that Personal Distress and Fantasy were high positively correlated with the total scores of SCL -90 （r = 0. 233,P 〈 0.05 ;r = 0. 215,P 〈 0.05 ）, hut Perspective Taking and Empathic Concern were not correlated with the scores of SCL -90. Empathy was positively correlated with Aggression （r = 0. 19,P 〈 O. 01 ） ; Aggression was positively correlated with the total scores of SCL -90 （r = 0. 619, P 〈 0.01. Conclusion： The mental health, perspective taking and empathic concern were negatively correlated with aggression, the personal distress was positively correlated with aggression. In the pre- vention of aggression in male under - graduate students, the improvement of mental health, the enhancement of perspective taking and empathic concern ability, and the reducing of personal distress should be considered.
