摘要
目的研究赤藓糖醇对PC12细胞氧化损伤的保护作用.方法用H2O2造成PC12细胞氧化损伤模型,通过观察细胞形态,测定细胞存活率(MTT法)、LDH泄漏量和GSH含量,探讨赤藓糖醇对PC12细胞氧化损伤的保护作用.结果赤藓糖醇可减轻H2O2对PC12细胞的氧化损伤程度,明显提高细胞存活率(P<0.05),减少细胞LDH泄漏(P<0.01),提高细胞内GSH含量(P<0.01).结论赤藓糖醇在体外具有抗氧化损伤的作用.
Objective To investigate the protective effect of Erythritol against the oxidative damage of PC12 cells.Methods We established the oxidative damage cellular model in PC12 cells through H2O2 treatment.The protective effect of Erythritol was evaluated by morphological identification,colorimetric MTT assay,leakage of LDH,and the content of GSH in cells.Results Compared with the model group,Erythritol could reduce the PC12 cells damage induced by H2O2,increased the survival rate (P<0.05),decreased the release of LDH (P<0.01) and increased the intracellular GSH content (P<0.01).Conclusion Erythritol has obvious antioxidant effect in vitro.
