通阳宽胸颗粒治疗冠心病支架植入术后心绞痛60例临床观察

Clinical efficacy of Tongyang Kuanxiong granules in treatment of angina pectoris among coronary heart disease patients after stent implantation:a report of 60 cases

目的:观察通阳宽胸颗粒治疗冠心病支架植入术后心绞痛的疗效。方法:将122例冠心病冠脉支架植入术后心绞痛患者随机分为治疗组60例与对照组62例。对照组采用西医常规治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用通阳宽胸颗粒治疗。结果:心绞痛症状疗效,治疗组为88.33%,对照组为74.19%;心电图疗效,治疗组为86.67%,对照组为70.97%;中医证候疗效,治疗组为91.67%,对照组为69.35%。各项组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组均优于对照组。结论:通阳宽胸颗粒治疗冠心病心绞痛有较好疗效。

Objective ： To observe the clinical efficacy of Tongyang Kuanxiong granules in the treatment of angina pectoris among coronary heart disease （CHD） patients after stent implantation. Methods：A total of 122 CHD patients with angina pectoris after coronary stent implantation were randomly divided into treatment group （n = 60） and control group （n = 62）. Both groups received conventional Western medicine treatment;in addition, the treatment group received Tongyang Kuanxiong granules. Results：For improvement in angina pectoris symptoms, the treatment group had a response rate of 88.33% ,versus 74. 19% for the control group;for improvement in electrocardiographic findings, the treatment group had a response rate of 86. 67%, versus 70. 97% for the control group;for improvement in traditional Chinese medicine syndrome, the treatment group had a response rate of 91.67%, versus 69.35% for the control group. The treatment group had significantly better treatment outcomes than the control group in terms of all the above indices （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Tongyang Kuanxiong granules have good efficacy in the treatment of angina pectoris among CHD patients.
