大型钢制轴承套圈电弧喷涂铝青铜涂层工艺试验研究

摘要 利用电弧喷涂方法在钢基体上制备了铝青铜涂层,测试分析了铝青铜涂层的组织形貌、结合强度、孔隙率、显微硬度等力学性能,并对铝青铜/钢双金属材料的轴承套圈进行了试验测试。结果表明,电弧喷涂铝青铜涂层具有较好的综合力学性能,在钢制轴承套圈上电弧喷涂铝青铜涂层工艺具有广泛的应用前景。 The aluminum bronze coatings were deposited on steel substrate by arc sprayed process.Microstructures,bonding strength,porosity ratio and hardness property of the coatings have tested and analysis in this paper.The bearing ring with aluminum-bronzed/teel bimetallic materials has been experimented and tested.The results show that the aluminum bronze coatings have excellent comprehensive mechanical property and the process of arc sprayed aluminum bronze coatings on the steel bearing ring will have wide application prospect.
