卵巢硬化性间质瘤1例

Ovaian sclerosing stromal tumor:one case report

摘要患者女,38岁。2个月前因阴道不规则流血刮宫,术后病理示：子宫内膜增生,宫颈息肉。1个月前患者再次阴道流血不止来我院。曾怀孕1次,产子体健。妇科检查：外阴正常,阴道粘膜未见破溃、出血,白带正常,宫颈轻度糜烂;于子宫后方可及一直径约6cm大小质韧包块,与子宫关系密切,表面光滑,活动好,无压痛,双侧附件未见明显异常。实验室检查：肿瘤标记物CEA、CA125、CA19-9、AFP均在正常范围。阴道彩超：提示盆腔左侧实性占位,
