The progress of MR imaging and clinical application in the internal auditory canal segment of facial and acoustic nerve

摘要 内听道是内耳的重要组成部分,内含重要血管和神经,解剖结构复杂。明确基本概念的同时,了解一些内耳、神经显示的先进成像序列,有利于在众多成像方法中选择最优检查途径,提高内听道疾病的诊断水平。本文就內听道段面神经、听神经的解剖学基础、MR成像技术特点及其应用进展进行总结。 The internal auditory canal is a significant part of the inner ear,which contains important vessels and nerves,and its anatomical structure is complex.Understanding the basic concepts and advanced imaging sequences of the inner ear and nerves is beneficial in selection of the optimal imaging modality among various methods,as well as the improvement of the diagnosis of internal auditory tract disease.In this paper,the internal auditory canal segment of the facial nerve,anatomical basis of the acoustic nerve and the characteristics and application progress of MR imaging are summarized.
