根管治疗术与干髓术联合应用治疗牙髓炎的临床探讨

The Effect Analysis of Pulpitis Treatment by Root Canal Therapy and Pulp Mummification

目的探讨根管治疗术与干髓术应用治疗牙髓炎的效果情况。方法分析2012年3月至2014年2月口腔内科收治的200例牙髓炎患者临床资料,依据治疗措施不同进行临床随机分组,治疗A组(根管治疗组)100例和治疗B组(干髓术治疗组)100例。结果治疗B组和治疗A组牙髓炎患者临床治疗1个月后和6个月后的有效率无明显差异,P>0.05。结论根管治疗术与干髓术治疗牙髓炎患者临床疗效明显,应根据牙髓炎特点选择合适的治疗方式进行治疗。

Objective To approach effect analysis of pulpitis treatment by root canal therapy and pulp mummification. Method To analyze 200 cases pulpitis patients clinical data of Oral admitted in the Department of Internal Medicine from 2012.3 to 2013.2, which was to be divided into Group A （root canal therapy group） 100 cases and group B （mummification of pulp treatment group） 100 cases. Result The clinical management of patients with pulpitis efficiency of Group A and group B were no difference, P〉0.05. Conclusion The clinical effect of pulpitis patients by root canal therapy and pulp mummification were obviously, which was to be treated according to select the appropriate treatment of pulpitis characteristics.
