精神病患者的健康护理临床研究

Study on Clinical about Mental Disease with Health Care

目的探讨对住院的精神病患者进行健康护理的临床效果。方法回顾性分析于2010年2月至2012年5月期间入住我院的126例精神病患者的临床资料。将所有患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组患者63例。对照组患者进行常规护理,观察组患者在常规护理的基础上给予个性化的健康护理。结果对照组患者临床治疗总有效率为61.9%,观察组临床治疗总有效率为92.1%,两组治疗效果比较差异显著,具有有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者住院治疗时间及症状缓解时间经软件比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对精神病患者实施健康护理能有效提高临床治愈率,使患者的症状最大程度的得以缓解,生活质量得以提高。

Objective To research the results of clinical about Mental Disease with Health Care. Methods Retrospective 126 cases who are psychiatric patients from February 2010 to May 2012 during their stay in our hospital. All patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 63 patients in each group. The control group were given routine care while the observation group were given personalized health care on the basis of the routine care. Results The total effective rate in the control group was 61.9%,while in the observation group the clinical total effective rate was 92.1%, two groups was significant difference between the treatment effect（P〈0.05）;The hospitalized time and symptoms remission time with two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The health care for the mental disorders may significantly improve both their health status and quality of life.
