摘要
基于传统的斜齿轮建模,提出了基于Pro/E的高精度渐开线斜齿轮建模方法,提高了斜齿轮模型的几何精度,使其啮合过程的接触,更接近真实的轮齿接触,提高了分析结果的精度。同时研究了接触应力区域随安装误差的变化以及斜齿轮的安装误差对齿根弯曲应力的影响规律,对斜齿轮的设计、制造、安装起到了一定的指导作用。
Based on the traditional modeling of helical gear,a high accuracy modeling method of involute helical gear is proposed based on Pro/E,the geometric accuracy of helical gear model is improved,the meshing process of contact is more close to the true gear tooth contact,and the accuracy of the analysis result is improved.At the same time,the law of contact stress of area variation with the installation error and the influence of installation error of helical gear on tooth root bending stress is studied,it is plays a certain guiding role on design,manufacturing,installation of the helical gear.
