摘要
针对一种新型具备轴/径向伸缩功能的成型鼓导引机构,基于其拓扑结构特点,把机构以基本驱动单元进行分解,依据功能把基本驱动单元分解成内瓦驱动机构、外瓦驱动机构及外瓦鼓肩驱动机构等子机构,在分别建立各子机构运动学模型基础上,建立整个基本驱动单元的运动学模型。最后,通过运动仿真软件对运动学分析结果进行仿真验证。
Aiming at a new type axial and radial telescopic tire building drum guiding mechanism,based on the characteristics of its topology structure,the mechanism is decomposed into some basic drive units,and the basic unit is decomposed into inner tile,outer tile and outer tile drums shoulder sub-mechanism respectively according to their function.On the basis of building the kinematics model of the sub-mechanism,the kinematics model of the basic unit structure is established.Finally,the mechanism is simulated by motion simulation software to testify the correctness of the kinematics analysis results.
