汽车直齿锥齿轮系统内外部激励数值模拟 被引量:1

Numerical Simulation of the Internal and External Excitation of Automotive Differential Straight Bevel Gear System

摘要 为了对汽车直齿锥齿轮系统工作特性进一步研究,以直齿锥齿轮作为研究对象,针对内部激励通过使用有限元方法对静力分析模型进行接触分析,从而得到系统的刚度激励、计算轮齿的啮入位置及主、从动轮的相对转速,对其啮入冲击特性进行数值仿真,得到系统啮合冲击激励和用简谐函数模拟系统误差激励。针对外部激励则主要考虑发动机转矩波动和外界振动,使分析条件进一步贴合实际工况。 In order to work on the car differential straight bevel gear system features further study,taking the automobile differential straight bevel gear as study object,by using the finite element method for static analysis model of internal excitation to make contact analysis,and the stiffness excitation,position of the tooth meshing,the relative speed of the driving gear and driven gear of the system are obtained,the numerical simulation of its meshing impact characteristic is carried out,the system engages impact excitation is got and harmonic excitation function is used to simulate system error.External excitation is the main consideration for the engine torque fluctuations and external vibrations,so that further analysis of the conditions fit the actual working conditions.
