摘要
针对液压作用湿式制动器对机构密封性能要求苛刻及对环境存在污染等问题,建立一种新型电动-气动湿式制动系统,并通过数值建模方法对新制动系统进行理论建模,研究了新型电动-气动湿式制动系统动态混合模型变化规律,并与实际测定参数进行对比分析。分析结果表明,气室气体质量、压力,施力装置速度、位移等参数均随着工况不同存在规律性的增加或减小,此外施力装置速度在运动过程中存在波动现象;由于新型制动系统对工况进行分类,在使用过程中可以根据实际的需要选取不同的工况参数,提高了系统的操作性;通过与试验数据进行对比,理论分析模型计算参数与实测参数具有一致性。
For hydraulically sealed wet brake performance for demanding mechanism and environmental pollution problems exist,a novel electric-pneumatic wet brake system is established,the use of fatigue failure theory,and numerical modeling methods for theoretical modeling of the new braking system to study the new electric-pneumatic wet brake system dynamic variation of the hybrid model and the actual measured parameters are analyzed.The results show that with all the different working conditions to increase or decrease the presence of regularity,in addition to the presence of biasing means speed fluctuation during exercise chamber gas quality,pressure and force the installation of speed and displacement parameters.As the new brake system to classify conditions,in the course can select different working parameters according to actual needs,the system operability is improved.By comparing with the experimental data,the theoretical analysis model parameters are consistent with the measured parameters.
