摘要
从失效形式、材料分析、理论强度校验计算、材料提升、结构优化和工艺改进等着手分析,提出了有效系统性改造方案,解决了国内某环保公司下属垃圾发电厂用进口刮板捞渣机驱动装置频繁故障问题,经过使用验证,改进后国产化设备使用寿命大幅提高,保障了生产运行的稳定性,降低了企业生产运行成本。
From the failure forms,the material analysis,theory strength check calculation,the promotion of materials,structural optimization and technology improvement,etc to analyze,the effective systemic reform scheme is proposed,transmission frequent failure problem of imported scraper slag used in domestic some environmental protection company subordinate garbage power plant is solved.It is proved through practice that the lifespan of the improved equipment is greatly raised,the cost of production is reduced,ensuring that the equipment runs steadily and chronically.
