振源胶囊治疗室性早搏30例临床观察

Clinical research of Zhenyuan capsule for the treatment of 30 cases with premature ventricular contractions

目的:观察振源胶囊治疗室性早搏临床疗效。方法:将60例首次诊断为室性早搏的患者随机分为两组,对照组30例采用常规治疗,治疗组30例采用常规治疗加振源胶囊治疗。结果:两组间心悸症状改善情况相比较治疗组总有效率为86.7%,明显高于对照组的60.0%(P<0.05);两组间失眠症状改善情况相比较治疗组总有效率为80.0%,明显高于对照组的53.3%(P<0.05);两组间气短乏力症状改善情况相比较治疗组总有效率为76.7%,高于对照组的60.0%(P>0.05)。结论:振源胶囊治疗室性早搏具有明显的临床疗效和良好的安全性。

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of Zhenyuan capsule for the treatment of premature ventricular contractions. Methods： Sixty patients with first diagnosed with premature ventricular contractions were randomly divided into two groups. Thirty patients in a control group were treated with conventional therapy while another 30 patients in a treatment group with conventional therapy plus Zhenyuan capsule. Results： Comparison between two groups showed that the total effective rates in the improvements of palpitation, insomnia, breath and fatigue were 86.7%, 80.0% and 76.7% in the treatment group and 60.0%, 53.3% and 60.0% in the control group, respectively, which were significantly higher in the treatment group than in the control group （P〈0.05, P〈0.05 and P〉0.05, respectively ）. Conclusion： Zhenyuan capsule has obvious clinical efficacy and good safety profile in the treatment of premature ventricular contractions.
