针药结合治疗类风湿关节炎的临床研究

Study on the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis with the combination of acupuncture and medicine

目的:探讨针药结合治疗类风湿关节炎的临床效果。方法:选择于2010年10月-2012年10月在我院治疗的60例类风湿关节炎患者,随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组30例,治疗组采用针灸治疗+口服健脾化湿通络汤治疗,对照组给予甲氨蝶呤联合非甾体抗炎药物治疗。3个月后比较两组治疗效果,类风湿因子、血沉、C反应蛋白等指标及疼痛积分的差异。结果:治疗组显效10例,总有效率为90.4%(26/30),对照组显效7例,总有效率为66.6%(19/30),组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者的类风湿因子、血沉、C反应蛋白等指标及疼痛积分均有所改善,但治疗组患者改善更为明显(P<0.05)。结论:针药结合治疗类风湿关节炎临床效果良好,能有效改善患者的RF、ESR等指标,减轻患者痛苦,值得临床推广。

Objective： To study the effect of the combination of acupuncture and medicine on the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis. Methods： Sixty cases of patients with rheumatoid arthritis were selected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group with 30 cases each from October 2010 to October 2012. The patients in the observation group were treated with acupuncture combined with oral spleen dampness Tongluo decoction while in the control groups with methotrexate and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. The indicators such as efficacy, rheumatoid factor （RF）, erythrocyte sedimentation rate （ESR）, C-reactive protein and the differences in pain scores were compared after 3 month treatment. Results： There were 10 cases with significant effect in the observation group and the total effective rate was 90.4% （26/30） while only 7 cases in the control group with the total effective rate 66.6% （19/30）, and the difference between two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The indicators such as RF, ESR, C-reactive protein and the differences in pain scores were all improved in two groups, however, these indicators were improved more significantly in the observation group than in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Combination of acupuncture and medicine in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis has a good clinical effect, can effectively improve the patient＇s RF, ESR and other indicators and alleviate the suffering of patients, and is worthy of promotion.
