桡骨远端斜T形接骨板在肩胛骨颈部骨折中的应用

Distal radius oblique "T" plate in treatment of scapular neck fracture

目的 探讨应用桡骨远端斜T形接骨板治疗肩胛骨颈部骨折的经验及临床疗效。方法 自2005-03-2013-05对15例肩胛骨颈部骨折采用后外侧入路切开复位桡骨远端斜T形接骨板内固定治疗,其中13例颈部骨折,2例颈部合并上体部骨折,15例中6例合并其他损伤。结果 15例获得随访6-36个月,平均18.2个月,术后8-12周15例均达到临床愈合。按Constant和Murley评分标准评价：优11例,良2例,可2例。结论 采用桡骨远端斜T形接骨板固定肩胛骨颈部骨折贴合紧密,能到达骨折线两端有效牢固固定,为早期活动提供稳定性,利于肩关节功能恢复。

Objective To evaluate experience and clinical effect of distal radius oblique ＂T＂ plate in treatment of scapularneck fracture. Methods Fifteen patients with scapular neck fracture were treated from March 2005 to May 2013. Thescapular neck fractures were treated with distal radius obhque ＂T＂ plate through post-lateral approach. Fifteen cases werefollowed up, there were 13 cases of scapular neck fracture, 2 cases of scapular neck fracture with superior body fracture, inwhich 6 cases were combined with other injury. Results The mean follow-up period was 18.2 months with a range from 6 to36 months. Fifteen cases achieved bone healing in 8 to 12 weeks after operation. According to Constant and Murley scoringscale system, 11 cases were excellent, 2 cases good, 2 cases fair. Conclusion The distal radius oblique ＂3＂ plate canachieve anatomic structure restoration and firm fixation for scapular neck fracture, provide stability for early mobilization. It isgood for functional recovery of shoulder joint.
