疣体组织移植制作尖锐湿疣动物模型初探

摘要 目的应用皮片移植法将人体组织尖锐湿疣皮片直接移植于裸鼠体表,以期形成相应动物模型。方法修剪从人体获得的尖锐湿疣组织,切成直径5mm左右的皮片,在裸鼠体表打洞,然后植入。基底部隔日注射人及小鼠血管内皮生长因子。连续观察移植组织的生长情况。结果部分裸鼠体表尖锐湿疣组织存活,周围新生血管形成,植入成功。平均生存期限(41±9.3)d。结论疣体组织移植可作为制备尖锐湿疣动物模型的一条可能途径。 Objective In order to explore an approach to establish the model of condyloma accuminatum, the trans- plantation of skin flap with genital warts was used and observed. Methods Genital warts obtained from hu- man beings were trimmed to about 5mm flaps, and then grafted into the skin holes of 30 nude mice. Human and mouse vascular endothelial growth factor was injected to the bottom every 2 days. Results Most of the transplanted eondyloma aceuminatum flap lived successfully. New capillary appeared around the skin flap, and the average survive time was (41 ±9. 3 )days. Conclusion Transplantatio^l of flap with condyloma accuminatum may be a simple way of producing animal model.
