局限于生殖器的汗孔角化症1例

A Case of Porokeratosis Confined to the Genitalia

患者男,32岁。阴茎局限性斑块8年余,无自觉症状。皮肤科情况:龟头可见一境界清楚的暗红色环形斑块,中央有轻度萎缩,可见角质性隆起边缘。龟头皮损边缘取材后组织病理检查示:表皮角质层可见数个角化不全柱(角质样板层),其下方颗粒层消失,可见散在角化不良细胞。诊断:局限于生殖器的汗孔角化症。

A 32-year-old man presented with an asymptomatic localized plaque on the penis tbr 8 years. Physical exami- nation revealed that a well-demarcated, annular and madder red plaque with central area of mild atrophy and a raised hyperkeratotic border on the glans penis. Histopathological examination from the raised border showed several colunms of parakeraiotic cells arising from the epidermis （cornoid lamella） with underlying absent granular layer and dyskeratotic cells. Based on the above clnical and histopathologic findings, a diag- nosis of porokeratosis limited to the genitalia was made.
