乳腺癌皮肤转移1例

1临床资料
患者女，49岁。右耳后皮色结节1年．患者1年前无明昆诱Ⅲ右耳后出现一个1cm×1cm皮色结节，无自觉症状，未进行治疗，发现皮损2个月后结节自行破溃，上覆黑痂，伴有少量脓性分泌物和血液。自行外用碘酒，皮损未见好转，逐渐扩大为2cm×3cm大小，边缘隆起的溃疡，并伴疼痛，
