单纯内界膜剥除与玻璃体腔注射曲安奈德联合内界膜剥除治疗特发性黄斑前膜伴黄斑水肿的疗效对比观察被引量：7

摘要玻璃体切割联合内界膜剥除手术是治疗黄斑前膜的有效手段.如何尽快使手术后黄斑水肿消退,提高视力、改善预后、恢复视功能是目前研究的难点.曲安奈德（TA）是一种长效糖皮质激素,眼内组织对其有很好的耐受性.玻璃体腔注射TA能在短期内提高视力和降低视网膜黄斑水肿厚度[1].因此,我们对单纯视网膜内界膜剥除与玻璃体腔注射TA联合视网膜内界膜剥除治疗特发性黄斑前膜的临床疗效进行了对比观察.现将结果报道如下.
