摘要
简要介绍了目前国际上行人保护法规的情况以及我国在这方面法规的情况(GB/T 24550—2009),通过六西格玛设计(DFSS)可对行人保护起到优化的作用。结合具体的案例诠释了六西格玛设计的过程和特点,分析了周边零部件结构和材料的设计对改善行人保护的贡献和优化过程,有效解决了在特定点无法满足头部碰撞的问题,以最小的设计更改提高了车辆的性能并提高客户满意度。
A DFSS application example on Pedestrian-protection improvement is briefly intro- duced in this paper; accordingly the HIC@ M1 R is lowered. From this case the process and character- istics of design for Six-sigma is explained. And the contribution of related parts structure and material to HIC@ M1R value is analyzed. Through parts structure and material optimization the issue of pedes- trian protection not meet target is solved and the vehicle performance and the customer satisfaction are improved at the lowest cost.
