从某车型在寒冷地区冬季试验中前挡起雾问题入手,利用问题分析树等质量手段,从气流路径逐步分析相关零件,并引入红外光谱成分分析,最终找到原因。通过设计台架验证方案,搭建模拟台架,验证了措施有效性。从而明确了空调箱润滑油脂的关键参数,为后续工程开发积累宝贵的经验。
