摘要
本文根据2013年农业部开展的全国畜禽屠宰相关情况调查的结果进行统计分析,点评存在问题的原因,以期为我国畜禽屠宰行业管理提供基本依据和借鉴。
The statistical analysis was carried out based on the results of national investigations on livestock and poultry slaughtering sponsored by the Ministry of Agriculture in 2013,and the problems were identiifed in order to provide refernces for livestock and poultry slaughtering industry management in China.
