中草药添加剂对热应激乌鸡产蛋性能、蛋品质及血液生化指标的影响

Effects of Chinese Herbal Medicine Additives on Egg Laying Performance,Egg Quality and Blood Biochemical Index of Silky Chickens Under Heat Stress

为了研究中草药添加剂对林间散养热应激乌鸡产蛋性能、蛋品质及血液生化指标的影响,选取120只200日龄健康、体重和生产性能相近的林间散养乌鸡随机分为4组,每组30只。Ⅰ组为对照组,饲喂基础日粮;Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组为试验组,分别添加1%、2%、5%中草药。试验结束后,每个组随机取鸡蛋10个,进行蛋品检测;每个组随机取10只鸡,翅静脉采血,分离血清,进行血液生化指标分析。结果表明,日粮中添加中草药可提高产蛋量、降低料蛋比、改善蛋品质、增强产蛋乌鸡的抗热应激能力。

In order to study the effects of Chinese herbal medicine additives of egg laying performance,egg quality and blood biochemical indexes of silky chickens under heat stress, 120 200-day-age silky chickens scatter-fed in woodland were randomly divided into 4 groups （30 chickens in each group）. The control group was fed basal diet （I group）. The experiment group （II, III, IV groups）were fed basic diet added 1%,2%,5% Chinese herbal medicine,respectively. The 10 eggs were randomly taken for egg quality analyses and the 10 blood serums were randomly collected for blood biochemical index analyses from wing veins. The results showed that Chinese herbal medicine additive could improve function of anti-heat stress and increase egg production,decrease feed conversion ratio and improve egg quality.
