罗茨机械增压器新型转子设计及加工研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对传统渐开线罗茨转子存在参数干涉和加工效率较低的问题,设计了采用滚切法加工的大模数、少齿数的新型渐开线罗茨转子。以一对四齿转子为例,分析了刀具参数和转子齿形的关系,设计出滚切法加工转子的大齿顶圆弧滚刀,研究了变位系数对转子重合度和面积利用系数的影响,得到了较为理想的转子齿廓。在此基础上,采用CATIA V5软件的二次开发技术,通过CATIA的宏模块和布尔运算功能实现转子的虚拟加工,验证了刀具设计的正确性,并在数控滚齿机上加工出了转子实物。结果表明:通过合理的刀具设计和齿廓参数的选择,可以得到满足工程使用要求的新型罗茨转子,转子滚切法加工工艺效率较高、通用性好,为罗茨转子的设计制造提供了一种新途径,具有一定的应用价值。 According to the parameter interference and low efficiency manufacturing technology on profile of traditional involute rotor,the new involute rotor of big modulus and less number teeth involute was put forward ,slitting manufacturing technology can been adopt .A pair of four tooth rotors was taken as an example ,the relationship between tool parameters and rotor profile was dis-cussed,and the large addendum arc hob of rotor generating method manufacturing was designed .The influence modification coeffi-cient on the rotor contact ratio and area utilization factor was studied ,and relative perfect rotor profile was got .On the basic of this point,a virtual technology based on CATIA V5 second development technology through the CATIA macro module and Boolean function to realize rotor virtual manufacturing ,the correctness of the cutting tool design was verified ,and the real manufacturing of the rotor was realized in the numerical control gear hobbing machine .Results show that the new rotors reach requirements of engi-neering use were processed out through the reasonable cutting tool design and right choice of rotor profile parameters .The slitting manufacturing technology rotors were high efficiency and good generality .This method provides a new way to realize designing and manufacturing of roots rotor ,and possesses certain value of application .
