高职成品化教学模式探讨——以应用化工技术专业为例

Practice and Exploration on the Reform of Work-Based Teaching in the Specialty of Applied Chemical Technique in Vocational Education

高职成品化教学模式是相对于项目化教学模式来讲的,它脱胎于项目化教学模式,是项目化教学的具体化。实践证明,成品化教学模式可以克服项目化教学模式内容空洞、脱离生产实际等缺点,实现高职理论教学和实践教学的有机结合,使教学内容、教学方法和职业标准无缝对接,符合高职教学的实际,值得推广。

This paper explores the new model of Work - Based Teaching and the schematic design, necessary teaching facilities, requisite teacher qualities and the basement of epistemology of work - based teaching. It has been proved that the effective combination between theoretical teaching and practical teaching can be realized and seamless joint from the course content and methods of instruction to professional standards can be qualified by this kind of teaching method.
