The Challenges and Countermeasures for Academic Libraries from the International Perspective

进入21世纪后,全球化、数字化发展十分迅猛。高校图书馆的发展也面临诸多挑战,这些挑战主要来自环境、技术、客户和图书馆内部管理等方面。面对这些挑战,高校图书馆需要制定新的战略规划,深化改革,创新体制机制,努力提高服务质量和服务水平,以满足广大师生教育、学习和研究的需求。

With the rapid development of globalization in the 21st century, academic libraries are confronted with many challenges. From international maeroeconomic perspective, this article tries to summarize the challenges faced by academic libraries. This paper argues that academic libraries need to complete four core missions to meet the needs of our education, learning and research.
